So, i got alot of advise and help with everyone willing to loan me parts to swap everything over to try and make my car pass emissions. But, i would like to try and get around changing everything over if at all possible. Does anyone know if there is a way around me seeing my car by a Refferie? I'm pretty sure i will have to swap my turbo motor with a stock one because i was told that i would never pass the sniffer with my medium street port being that the over lap is so much. Thanks

Are U sure that $300 would take care of the problem??? I would pay it, does anyone know how to smog exemp a car????

Pay the fine.

If you don't want to deal with it, don't pay california your money and get plates from another state. Need to get a PO BOX or bug relatives if you have.

Mine was in the 600 range, and 400range if i swapped everything back and got it to pass smog reff. You're not going to get a 7 smog exempt this has been brought up for years.
