20B specs.

Hi Guys.
I have a customer who's serious about going 20B.
I've been looking all over the innerweb for 3-rotor torque specs, manuals, diagrams and such, but it seems to me no one shares the info like they do 12A and 13B.
Well, if You know of that magical website which has it all - please guide me there :D
Somehow Mazda Denmark can't help me with anything about this beauty.

TIA
Kim K.

Mazda's Rotary Graffiti portion of their global site says 41 kg/m at 3000rpm (296.553 lb/ft for us yanks).

I think he's talking about torque specs on bolts etc. Not the actual power specs of the motor.

Exactly. :)

On my motor we did the torque spec similar to FD.

Kim 04-02-2009 12:41 PM

Thanks Herb.
I figured they might be similar, since torque usually is determined by the materials, threadsize aso. But figured I would just check to make sure.

Only concern we had was the few long bolts that went thru all 3 housings.. But we still torqued those the same... I think??

Yep! The Eunos Cosmo FSM never included an engine's section. What I've heard was that when something happened to the engine, the whole car was sent to Mazda factory not the dealership.

I used the Guru stud kit on mine and I could swear the long bolts had to be torqued differently than the others. Can't find the instructions though and it might not be the same for the OEM bolts.
