Boost Problem.....
 

When i was running on stock twins i had a problem with my primary turbo....even though ,from the boost controller or the PFC,i tried to raise the boost over 0.7 bar that was not possible.The secondary turbo had no problem going to even 1 bar..I couldn't figure out what it was and my conclusion was that the primary turbo had a problem....6 months ago i changed my stock twins with the BNR's stage 3....the problem is still the same...primary turbo won't go above 0.7 bar....i've checked everything i could thing of but there is no problem...any suggestions?
