I think there might be a misunderstanding because I have not heard about a rotary watch until now. :D He bought FD Zippo lighter from us, so he might have meant rotary lighter.

I can look into it if you are really interested in such product. There might be some shops in Japan has such product, you never know what's out there. :D

is it simply a band with with a rotor case on it?

it says the rotor is the second hand, does it only tell you second increments? i dont see an hour or minute.
