Newbie but not really

Hey all!! First ride along in 85 from a friend I ran into late one night. He drove down a long winding road for ten miles and it was exhilarating. He got out handed me the keys and said" get us back". That was it.. I was in. Bought my first 84 Gsl in 87. A few weeks later I found out they made them with a bigger engine.?!? I went right out and bought an SE84. Fearing divorce I sold the first one. Se came with headers and ran so good. Sold it 92 to have family didn't get back in till 05. Have had it 11 years and did a minor restore last winter. It's perfect. Never selling it! In Ohio now moving to Savannah soon. Hope I can meet up with other severely diseased and hopelessly lost rotarheads when I get there.

Welcome

Here are the Manuals

Wow, thank you!! Chibikougan!! At first I thought those manuals were meant for
Somebody else. If they're indeed for me then I really appreciate it. I still
Have my original shop manual from my first 84se back in 87 from the original owner.
It's a little worn but still gets the job done. I guess it's worth a pretty penny
These days but I'm not parting with. Seeing the brochures is very cool. Thanks again!!

Yeah that site has every manual that exists almost for all the rotaries plus some misc stuff
thats useful like various carb manuals and design specs. We all contribute and use those
on a daily basis.

Welcome to the RCC.

Thanks TG. I'm new at this. So I'm learning. As soon as I get better acclimated
I'll spend more time getting pics and info into personal profile so all can check
Me out better.

No problem I hand out the Fox manuals to everyone as they have so much more. Welcome and enjoy the forum.

Welcome! That's a good back story. It's also very fitting you're moving to...Savannah.

I know not what you are referring too. :sifone:

Savannah is an awesome city, and there are some good rotorheads down there. Myles, Carlos, Ed, etc. They pulled an RX-4 track car out of retirement and are starting to campaign it.

Is no one else making the connection between Savannah and RX-7s, specifically first and second gens? lol
