My "in frame" rebuild

Hey guys, beein workin on my car for 3 years now and its been very slow, but dont mind. Doin it right. Bought the car with my brother in law for cheap cuz it had a short and it kept blowin the egi fuse. But work ive done so far is fux alot of rust. When i got the car it had quite a bit of rust around the wheel wells. Cut that out and welded new pieces in. (Welder by trade) iv got new RB sway bars and adjustable links all around. I deleted OMP and got RTEK 2.1, got a new d.s door cuz it had a huge rust hole through it and the putZ filled it with tin foil. New mouldings all the way around, got the rims powder coated black, all the intake manifols ceramic coated, ripped the exhaust off and making a custom stainless steel header and single 3" exhaust. Im currently working on the exhaust. Hand cut the flange already out of 3/8" 304 ss. Iv also made a custom ss lobster back intake that utilizes the stock maf sensor. If i could find a way to delete the maf i would and run the intake filter farther forward. Im also planning on making a custom under tray for it. Also got new atkins 5/6th port actuators and replaces all the gaskets i could with oem gaskets.
I recently bought a mac tools paint gun so once i fix all the rust and i put the motor back together i will be painting it also. Painted a few cars in my days.
its a slow build but love it. Have a few parts waiting to be put on, stainless clutch and brake lines, toe eliminators and hawk brake pads.

My brother in law got me into rotaries as he has an FD and doin a single turbo street port and just last year my father in law bought a 1973 mazda RX3

So yesterday my brother inlaw and me started installing the toe eliminator when we got a little carried away. Ended up dropping the rear sub frame and decided to change all the bushings and get everything sandblasted and painted.
I have been searching and cant find nice poly bushings, will we have to go for oem on the sub frame?
Also have some Tein springs waiting for us and a camber adjuster. Need to get some new shocks and brakes rotors. Some stop tech brakes. Already have all stainless brake lines

A company called MMR used to make solid (delrin) subframe-to-body bushings. Other than that I'm not aware of any aftermarket options. As far as I know there isn't even a "Mazdaspeed" (i.e. harder rubber) option so stock is the only option. The bushings aren't that complicated so one with access to certain tools could make their own polyurethane or whatever material bushings.

Last time I checked Racing Beat's website, they listed the Mazdaspeed rubber versions of those bushings, which are supposedly 40% stiffer than stock. Not sure if they are still available though.
