Custom Exhaust Question

So I'm planning on making a semi custom exhaust for my 86 NA 6port motor. What I have so far to work with is a verified Racing Beat REV-II exhaust for a Turbo-II as seen here
http://www.racingbeat.com/RX7-1986-1...ems/16425.html
but just the Y-pipe and muffler.
I plan on also using what I believe to be a Pacesetter header as seen here
http://pacesetterexhaust.com/84-92-m...7-headers.aspx

If possible I want to connect the two using a Racing Beat presilencer, if I have enough room to install one. My biggest question is the flange on the header, would it be a generic 2.5" flange, or something I'll most likely have to get custom made?

Damn I needed that link quite a bit, the only question is any idea which two flanges I'll need? I know I need the 3" stainless stell one to connect to the Y-pipe for the exhaust, just not sure which I'd need for the header. Are header flanges universal shape wise?

Yeah most 2 bolt flanges are alike. You will need a gasket flange and not a compression seal flange.

I would think even your local parts store should have a small exhaust parts section. Might have 2 bolt flanges in 2.5 there.

Yeah I am sure they will have what you need.

16 gauge mild steel seems a bit thin for a header unless its stainless steel . that thing is gonna be pretty loud , may be a racing beat would be a better fit or a custom build . my 2 cents .
