Rotary Car Club - FS: 94 FD $13,500OBO w/ lots of extras Arkansas

All right guys here is my project I have simply lost interest in and after many months of thought I have no need for so no need to keep it. No it is not trashed and no I DO NOT NEED TO SELL FOR ANY REASON it’s by choice and no I do not need the money in anyway shape or form. But someone out there wants a not finished project but solid car so here she is.
I am going to try to sell as a lot so I may hold out however if someone just wants the car I will part out the rest of my extras after the cash is in hand and the car is moving down the road.

So a few years ago I finally was in a position to get an FD after 2 FCs and the allure was too much to pass up. Found a solid roller with blown motor, new engine wiring harness and some other little bits. Ended up getting a rebuild and swapping it over to get her running and then slowly acquiring parts and building to suit what I wanted. And here she is.
94’ black on black base 138,7xx mileage
ENGINE
-rebuilt by unknown but good compression I can get it later if wanted (I have a rotary compression tester)
-stock ports and seals
-OEM fuel injectors flowed and cleaned at whitchhunter when installed
-Xsessive cast oil pan extra oil capacity
-home done non-sequential turbos no leaks or smoke good boost 10 psi
-3” downpipe SS heat wrapped W/ full custom V-band connection 3” 409SS exhaust with resonated mid pipe and magnaflow muffler.
SUPPORT
-new OEM engine and charging harness when installed perfect condition
-PFC with commander and datalogit
-innovate LC-1 wideband with XD-16 gauge
-prosport boost and egt gauge
-custom front mount 750hp precision intercooler w/ KOYO N-flow triple pass radiator
-sakebomb race dual oil cooler setup w/ thermostat
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
DRIVELINE
-Act street/strip disk and pressure plate
-solid rear trans mount home built
-pineapple racing diff brace
-EXTREMELY short throw shifter 2” shifts(forget the manufacture)
ROLLER
-sakebomb HID projector conversion (Daylight compared to stock)
-aluminum door handles (won’t break)
-Tein hood dampers
-glove box open handle replaced with custom aluminum handle (wont break like OEM plastic)
-relocated Odyssey 925 Battery with added painless fuse block for the extras we add to the cars.
-pineapple racing starter solenoid style booster (no click, click, starts)
-front half dynomated w/ enough to do the rear just not done yet.
-MOMOcourse smaller steering wheel for taller people
-929 brake master cylinder
EXTRAS
-T66 single turbo w/ manifold, downpipe, and oil lines (good)
-Xsessive equal length lower intake W/ 4port fuel rail
-Forgestar staggered 18x9/18x10 rims no rubber (fenders need to be rolled to use these)
-All interior pieces not shown in pics as waiting to dynomat.
-custom forum member made 3 gauge pod for the center speaker pod.
-Full suspension bushings by super pro W/ OEM metal bushings for the rear suspension (EVERY SINGLE SUSPENSION bushing)
-Tein SS lowering springs on Tokico 5-way shocks ready to be installed.
-new steering rack bushings, boots, and rod ends
-HKS NIB twin spark
-ACT race light flywheel w/ act solid 6-puck disk
-spare transmission (good/possibly JDM gearset)

-3/4 of a spare motor (bad housings)
-engine rebuild seal kit (minus apex seals)

-all A-arms trail-arms etc for F/R suspension W/bushings removed ready for suspension swap

-random extra car interior parts including a 93’ non airbag dash if wanted
BAD
-Slight rear end impact before I bought it makes slight tail light misalignment (shouldn’t cost much to fix)
-paint was sprayed at some point prior to owning now some flakes and dings
-OEM wing removed sealed holes remain (pics tell the tail)
-Suspension is shot rear is leaking out etc (that’s why the new stuff is ready to go)
-trans wines and in 3rd and 1-2 grinds slightly from missing syncro im sure (that’s where the extra trans comes in)
-could use a tune but the stock PFC map works just fine unless you want more PSI (I didn’t need more till more mods)

GOOD
-Solid platform to make your own
-7000mi engine broke in ready to make power no smoke other than 1/2oz premix I use when filling.
-Perfect wiring harness no wondering when your wires will break and blow an engine
-sounds awesome w/ the 3” exhaust
-all dash hoods(replaced) and windshield vent covers (new)
-I will make a deal if you don’t want everything just let me know what you want and price we will talk.
-longer its on the market the more likely I am to add the extras and solidify the price
-build thread is available to see how it went on a public forum (search my forum name)

So I feel with the platform and extras as I want to sell as an entire lot all that is listed 13,500 OBO is fair. If you only want the car shoot an offer but I will not sell extra parts till the car is gone!!
