Rotary Car Club - Hi , I'm a Mazda road race nut from the Northwest

Hi all,

I've been road racing mostly first-generation RX7's for the past 22 years. I started out in the class that was called Mazda Challenge. They were all first generation RX7's that required a racing roll bar, and was limited to a street ported 12A engine, headers, a lightened flywheel, and had use the stock Nikki carburetor. It was a lot of fun!

After a few years I tried to offset the cost of racing in started to work on Mazda RX-7's on the side. I also bought a ITA RX 7 and started renting it out.

I've been playing with Mazda RX-7's and lately Mazda Miata ever since.
