lets see, about me.....well, im:
wheatflour (enriched with niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whole wheat flour, coconut oil, vegetable shortening (palm oil and canola oil), wheat meal, sugar, ten grain blend (purple wheat, triticale, rye, malted red wheat,barley, spelt, kamut wheat, wild rice, millet seed, quinoa) but I also enjoy long walks on the beach, candle light dinners, and Seahawks football. |
