offset question

Hi, i'm looking in to new wheels, since i'm going from 4*114 to 5*114.
And i think i want 16*7 winter rim's and 17*7,5 front and 17*8,5 rear for summer.

Wich offset will put the different wheel widhs just flush with the wheel arch? I don't want to use spacers, or rather i won't use spacers.

Try this website - it lets you input different sizes and provides a side-by-side comparison.

The problems with this kinda questions is that we don't know the tire size...
Also, are you willing to roll and pull fenders?
Most of the "hellaflush" group tend to bang on the fenders most of the time.

7.5" up front doesn't give you too much room.
(Assuming 225 wide tire...)
7.5" with an offset around +25 to +30 would comfortably fit under there.
If you want HELLAFLUSH fitment, go with like a 7.5", +10 to +15 up front and be be prepared to roll and pull fenders.

For the rear, you've got lots of space.
You can comfortably go up to a 9.0" wheel with a 255 wide tire no problem.
With the 8.5" width you've given, you can go up to a +20 to +25 offset comfortably.
(Assuming 245 wide tire...)
If you want HELLAFLUSH, go with a 8.5", +10 to +15 and roll and pull fenders back there.

I know my setup is a little but larger than what you want/described, but here it is anyways:

Front 17*8 +35
Rear 17*9.5 +38

I believe that I am running 235 up front and 275 on the rear. I believe struts play an inportant role in spacing. I am running the above setup on ground control/KYB AGX.

Hope this helps!

Looks good, that's about how i want my wheels to be.

But is it just that you haven't moved the car since you changed wheels, or is it a little positive camber on the front wheels?
