Why, yes, I happen to be new.

As the title says, I am new to this forum, and I figure that I will make an introduction of some sort.

Basically I am a rotorhead... without an RX-7 to support my passion.

BUT, I have worked on every generation rx there is, and have even worked on some of the RHD ones... so I am no stranger to these cars, or their engines.

I happen to live in Manchester, TN... and I drive an 88 Toyota Supra, which I happen to really enjoy driving, and working on.

Also, I am a college graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio... and I have a degree in Alternative Fuels, and Automotive Technology... with a lot to learn still.

That sums it up - I hope to see some of you guys at the rally... I am primarily going for the EFI tuning class...

I really like this forum so far!
Take care.

And you never once thought to yourself... "It would be a good idea to call Seth right now."

I welcome you aboard the failboat. haha.

You getting your dad to tag along for the rally or not?! He is pretty fun to hang with... and I must say, that is the only time I have ever caught myself saying that about ANY parent.

He said he isn't going :( . He can't get the day off work so....
As far as playing, it was just on my way home from church :p
BTW, my wideband is installed.
13:1 at idle at 1200rpms
14-15s cruising
Boost starts <11.5s
I think I can lean it out some on the boost, but I really haven't run it up much to see.

Also, my car stopped the backfiring deal. It was reading like 9:1 afrs on decel, today it was 15:1 under decel and I didn't change anything....weird.

I think that has something to with the fact that you have a much more accurate way of getting readings, plus you have driven it more... standalones are funny little creatures.

Your AFR's sound pretty decent, but sense you haven't come close to hitting full boost yet... you can't really tell much.

I think your setup will be really BA once you get everything dialed in right to where you want it.

Run to the nearest lift jack, remove wheels, throw in trash, get better wheels.

Lol, J/K! I feel drunk looking at the pictures!

I have come across another conclusion - it might have something to do with the premix you were running!

It is just a thought... I could be so wrong. haha.

As for my pictures... yeahhhh... I haven't ever had a GOOD photoshoot of it yet.

I have this feeling that you were not kidding, because I have the same feelings that you do on that subject.

I bought the car with those wheels on there, and I swear if I had a $1000.00 to drop on some rims and tires... I WOULD!
