Hello, my name is james. i live in clarksville tn, but currently deployed. im from and grew up in yorktown va. I have always been a huge rotory guy.. i have had multiple rx7s FC and loved them. i never though i would like the rx8 until i drove one.. its amazing becuz it puts out just as much power as the FD rx7. i have soo much to learn on what is different from this engine compared to the Sevens.. heard it had alot to do with multiple port now or somehting. Im looking for a rotory or rx club around nashville tn. i will post some pics soon including Seven pics of the ones i own. Im glad to be in the family and I hope you enjoy my company. My rx8 is 05 black and six spd.. fun fun. Looking to put some of this deployment money to use and make a nice ride :) Rock On Ladies And Gentlemen!:seeya:

Every Friday in Murfreesboro we try to all meet up at the Cruise In at the Avenue Mall.

Otherwise, we meet up, hang out, fix stuff, drink beer all the time.

Welcome to the club! Congrats on the 8, I love mine. On the differences between the 8 and previous, the motor has changed considerably, and until recently hasn't got alot of love, so R&D has been slooooooooow, with only a few people taking the time and chance with it. I had mine at DGRR this past year, and it did great. I was able to keep up with some severely fast fd's, and still didn't push it as far as it would go (however the semi pro driver I brought with me did, to spectacular effect, lol) I know you will love it, its an amazing car.

in about 30 days ill be doing alot of driving! ill be on RR and have alot of driving to do.. i will for sure have pics up and when i can get up ill post my 89 rx7 pics too. thanx for the welcomes :)

im at like 39 days before i get home.. ready to put the RX8 project togther and get it ready for the spring.. im gonna be trying to hit some of you local guys up when i get back in january.. happy holidays everyone.

i took massives amount of pics during R&R and I left my camera back home due to my divorce and some other things going on.. theres some things on there people dont need to see.. hehe including my RX-8 that "doesnt exsist" if you understand. lol I had a 2003 eclipse and i put money time and my life into it the past four years... 3rd month of me being deployed she forged my name and sent it off somewhere or sold it.. i wish i knew where she sold it too.. i heard to a junk yard or to some person prolly parting it out.. owell.. so the rotory came back into my life! Things change and life goes on...
