The Titanium FC that got hit by the motorcycle...I need some help from you guys...
 

So guys, there is a lawsuit against me from the guy who hit my car with his motorcycle.

I've already spoken with my insurance company's legal group and we are needing to find someone who was following behind me when the wreck happened. I'm looking for Ed Wallen, he was in a blaze red Series 5 FC, he was behind me when the wreck happened. I spoke to him afterward and got his information, but recently lost it all as I moved from Indianapolis to Fort Wayne.

Even though the wreck happened over 3 years ago, the statute of limitations for North Carolina is 3 years and he filed for the suit in late March, so he just made it in. Hopefully all goes well and they get justice to come about, but we'll see.

If you guys know how to get ahold of Ed Wallen that would be a great help. If you know how to get ahold of him or you are him, please PM me.

Maybe Phil has some records of registration from back then? with a paypal, email address, or even a forum name on RCC or 7club?

I was just telling a guy at work about this accident when we were talking about how crazy the motorcycle guys are down there... ironic. I hope you burry him man...
