2001 Engine, Black box and turbo control system

When I bought my 1st R1 4 years ago, it had a unknown engine/trans and a TON of parts off a RHD car. I found out through research and some serials/a friend in Japan, it was a complete 2001 production date drivetrain. Since I sold my 2nd DD at the time to buy the car, I wanted to get it going ASAP. I kept the "black box" and wired the new OEM 93 harness that was included with the car in to it, just by switching some emissions plugs and lengthening a connector.
Everything else matches up perfectly.

This let me run a 93 PFC and keep everything stock looking. I chose to not wire in the 16bit ECU, just because at that time there were no 99 spec body wiring guides in English I knew of. Now here is my question for some of our out of the country members who may have a 96+ car. Ever since I got it setup, I have had a very laggy primary turbo. I replaced the turbos, checked the control system, pressure tested the entire system. At this point it must be in the control system. Does anyone have a vacuum diagram for the 96+ black box system? I know the wiring is fine. As soon as the second turbo hits, everything is fine. Car made 336whp nearly 2 years ago.

I just have been putting it off. :) If there is not anything like there is for the 93, I will make one and post it here.
