Defined Autoworks promotional header offer

I have already found a couple people who are participating in this program, but open to more. 12a, 13b 6-port, 13b 4-port, 13b full P-port, Bridge port, ALL types will be considered to get a promotionally priced header.

The deal- Customers will purchase a Defined Autoworks prototype header that is built specifically for their engine setup/ car. Cost will be a very discounted price. If no extra power is found vs. the existing header, tester can return for a full refund :)

What we need- Car must be using some type of programable ecu. so that the user has control over Air fuel, and timing. The Customer agrees to visit a dyno before and after new header install. The customer also must have knowledge of how to tune the vehicle, or has access to a tuner. Once the results are found, the user agrees to publish the results on forums.

Example header

Conclusion- And that is it! One heck of a deal, with less risk. Just post on here if you are interested. Header construction will begin in 2-3 weeks, cost will vary from $500-$600 depending on the setup. PM me for more details on your specific setup and cost.

Updated info

I should also add the following information about this program.

While originally posted as a R+D test, these headers are far from un-tested. We have been developing this technology and intake/exhaust length ratio for over 3 years now.

Proven results

Our 2 rotor street port, which is a 13b-re engine is producing 230rwhp. Using a identical approach our 3 rotor street port is over 350rwhp and the semi p-port 428rwhp.

Conclusion

So anyone interested, this is not a guinea pig test. This is a promotionally priced proven header, built to custom spec. We are excited to see the results from users running our equipment and thus promoting our name. In the off chance no extra power results, we provide a full refund. So if you are in the market for the most powerful header, consider ours.

Technical information

Material- Our headers use very expensive highest quality 321 stainless. 304 and 409 are lesser grades, and do not take rotary heat nearly as well. 321 also has better heat retention.

Tubing- The wall thickness is .060" or 1/16th. 2" o.d.

Weight- A finished header is between 12-17lbs depending on length. Each header uses a RB stainless flange.

Construction- Fully hand built and painstakingly TIG welded with back purging (nice and smooth on the inside).

Length- Primary tube length will vary between 30" and 65" depending on intake/ engine setup.

Will the header be collected or un-collected? Drop me a PM with details on a stock port, 6-port setup. We have a customer with a road race car that would be a very good candidate.

Collected. I will send ya a PM

Wish I was putting some sort of EMS on the vert I am picking up. But that won't be for a long time, and then it will be turbo, so a header would be a little useless.

Looks awesome though!

Here are some pics of our hand built collector that is on each of our headers sold. This version is for a 12a, 13b is similar just slightly larger throat diameter. I think this helps convey the differences of our collectors vs. any other header available.
