my friend has a 48 weber and a few different gaskets. one is 3mm, one 5mm.

he asks `will using either have a different effect on the other?`

i said no, what do you guys think?

In theory it could have a different effect but it would probably be so small you would never see a difference. It isn't really thick enough to act like a spacer. I guess the 5mm could insulate better.
