How do these plugs look?

Changing the plugs to brand new ones for the first time on my S5 Tii FC and pulled the old ones out today. Just wanted to check with you folks how you think they look (apart from being in need of replacement?

Also, one other question: is there any disadvantage to running BUR9EQ plugs in the trailing and leading holes?

Cheers as always for advice :)

On the plugs? Tough to say as they were on when I got the car (which wasn't starting at the time).
