will this rebar fit a mazda 99 spec bumper only or any bumper that uses 99 spec turn signals?

It depends on the bumper, the issue that arises is the molded license plate holder, everything else is fine. It could be shaved down.... Really only made or needed for the 99Spec oem bumper. Still welcome to buy it and try it ;)
