utilities are usually 90 a month and its in betwenn smyrna and antioch, about 25 min from nashville and 30-35 to mtsu.

Maybe a nice place to take "strays" to for the night. BUMP

not sure im not looking for a job. it is only 25 minutes from nashville which will have jobs.
