fuel problem need help
 

when i baught my fc it had a hks programed fuel computer [piggyback] aswell as the stock one, but i didnt realise the hks wasnt pluged in, the harness was installed, i got the engine rebuilt but the mechanic couldnt tune it with just the stock computer, could this be because the stock computer has been remaped or something to suit the hks computer ????
