I have no idea where or what to do . I have no boost reading .please help tk Where i should connect these lines.
Another thing when i press the gas to go fast the car starts to miss fire please any one with the knowledge help...:icon_tup: |
Boost leak somewhere most likely.
The first pic is nothing, I have the same uncapped pipe there. The second pic, I don't know what you are trying to show, but it looks like you need to have that vacuum hose going to the boost sensor (stock ECU??) teed off to the wastegate/boost gauge. The third pic looks like the same style plug as an injector, but I don't know why it is down there. I can see behind it though that the ground tab is not connected. That isn't good at all. |

I will put some up after work. So after 5pm CST.
As long as your is S5 with no emissions, it should be similar. |

In the third pic, I think that might be the plug that connects to the oil level sensor on the oil pan, or maybe it connects to the transmission wiring?
|
do you have a hose clamped to a hose?? .... boost leak
|
OK, same order as your original pics-
#1- Rats nest lines to nowhere. http://lh5.ggpht.com/_OFjbTkyhkOs/Sd...0/DSCN0594.JPG #2- Diagram of how I have my boost goodies set up. http://lh6.ggpht.com/_OFjbTkyhkOs/Sd...800/vacuum.jpg #3- That is for the oil level sensor. Could not get a good pic since mine is covered in crud, and the flash didn't help, but here it is. http://lh5.ggpht.com/_OFjbTkyhkOs/Sd...0/DSCN0592.JPG |

If you are going emission delete........you basically block EVERYTHING except for a select few.
-Leave the large port on the backside of the TB for the Oil Injector Vacuum spider (unless you are pre-mixing, then cap it) -Leave the large port for the brake booster -Leave the port on the turbo side of the UIM (pictured above) for boost reference -Leave the port for the Fuel Pressure regulator. Everything else is capped off. That is really all you should have if you are emission free. |

someone can take that and color it if they want
|
Yes, where the TB mounts to the UIM. There should be 3 or 4 ports on the side that faces the firewall. One is larger than the others, and that feed the oil injectors.
http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/2n...emission12.jpg (pic courtesy of Rotary Resurrection) The others cap off. Your injector regulator source is on the UIM in the middle of the injector bleed ports: http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/2n...v/image001.jpg (pic courtesy of Rotary Resurrection) If you need more guidance, go here--> http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/2n...s_removal.html |

Cap them all.
|
cap all of them? the other 3 on the other side?
|
Yes, on the TB, you will only have the one vacuum line used for the oil injectors, all others get capped.
Hint-use GOOD caps. The heat destroys cheap rubber caps. You will be changing them every year. |
all ready done now the hose from intake
|
What hose from the intake?

Where is it/was it going to and coming from?
If it went to the air pump, you don't need it. If it goes to the ACV, you don't need it. If it went to the stock BOV, you don't need it. Air filter->AFM->turbo Thats it. |
ok got it. i have one more pic and ?...

If it is sucking air, it is a major leak.
Cap it. |

thank you for your help and time. if i ever have any other questions can i ask you for your help?

I don't have that grouping of hard lines on my S5. I would say cap it off for now, since it is too small to do anything important :p
