Some Canadians will be driving down...

classicauto 03-19-2009 02:03 PM

True, but our drive in particular (from ontario) isn't nearly as far as Mr. Seoul.

But yeah, we'll be the foreigners!! No requests for jukebox hero or eye of the tiger though!!!!!!!!

For those of you living in the Southern US..
Don't be profiling us "foreigners" when we are all down there as I am sure not all Canadians finish the sentence with "A?",plus I don't have a "southern accent"..:rofl:

Dan

Drama 03-28-2009 05:57 PM

:smilielol5: I was constantly accosted for my "accent" when I was in NC 2 weeks ago. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCENT! Anyone who can drop a "usedtacould" like it's an actual word has no business saying that someone from CT has an accent ;)

mazdadude7 12-27-2009 12:02 PM

Im hands down the closer than anyone else on the map!!! Feel kinda bad doesnt even take me a half hour to get there. I cant be in a caravan.

RotaryRoadRage 12-27-2009 07:39 PM

Yea.. You're pretty close.. Lucky mofo!

codysa22c 12-28-2009 09:58 PM

how can i post my house on this????

Herblenny 12-30-2009 05:35 PM

I might have to ask someone to do the map this year.. Any volunteers?

3DZukini 02-09-2010 08:45 PM

Alright... I still want to make it down to this event again, not sure if anyone around me is still willing to make the drive. Any caravans passing by the Eastern Iowa area... Cedar Rapids/Iowa City?

There is a midwest caravan being planned. If you are driving down on Thurs., we could meet you at a number of different points along our route. I am planning on leaving Springfield, Il. (I-55 at I-72) Thurs around 6 AM, going through Champaign, Il, then to Indy, and down to Cincy. This should put us at Nantahala before dark, barring problems.

3DZukini 02-16-2010 07:32 PM

I might go looking for you guys if I decide to go, I need to look that up and see how early I'd have to leave to catch up. As of now I haven't made any definite plans, didn't book a room or anything... anybody looking to fill a cabin? :)

There were 150+ on the list last night, so as the list is reestablished, I'll update the map.
