Also, I have not added some vendors who's coming up.

I talked to Holly and she said she might not make it. This of course was unacceptable! So I paid for her and gave up a room in my cabin just to make sure ;)
P.s.- DO NOT forget the BACON!

I know at least 10 people coming with there rotaries that are not on the list if not more!!

THANKS Ian! I pay with BACON. :laughing: Now I have to commandeer a twin turbo to drive across the gap. Or, I will just live vicariously through you guys/gals. The last 3 years were a blast driving my 7 up there.

At the event, I'm going to charge $85/person:).. also I can't guarantee any food, shirts, etc..

Currently its $75+ 3.5% paypal fee (philipsohn2004@yahoo.com)

I know several Knoxville/Blount County guys are coming but are not going to sign up.

If they don't sign up, they have to park somewhere else and food will not be served to them or at very high price:). If it rains, ONLY register member will be allowed into the Main Lodge.. As whole property will be rented out by me.. Also, I have the right to ask those who's not registered to leave...

Again, I'll accept registration via paypal for $75+ 3.5%paypal fee until This Friday... After this friday, NO Paypal Payment will be accepted.. And $85 fee @ the event.

Again, There is NO Pro-rate, Discount for only coming for 1 day, etc... Please don't ask me!!!


Just so EVERYONE know.. Name tag will be given to registered member and you must wear the tag. If you pass the tag to someone else (non registered member) and get caught, I will ask both of you to leave the property and REFUND WILL NOT BE Given!!

Why would people not sign up? That's lame.

Alot of hardwork and time go into putting this on. I am happy to sign up and pay a fee to enjoy this.

I guess people want to save some money.. Which I understand.. But at the same time things are based on a package and it will be a NIGHTMARE for me to Custom tailor to everyone's need..

Well i live close buy and i know there are no exeptions but im driving there fri and again on sat, and only want to park with everyone. no food ect. i am willing to pay for the car show part but if thier are no exceptions then i guess ill see you guys on the gap. but i do understand the reason for this as it is costly to put on something like this and i do appreciate what you are doing Herblenny.

Another point I should make is that I'm trying to be fair as I'm sure those who signed up 6 months ago took a chance on their schedule and such but committed to the event. Some aren't going to make it to Friday night dinner and only saturday. So, If I start breaking down the event to select few who waited this long, then I'm not being fair to everyone who committed and supported from the start.

Alright Phil, your reasoning has convinced me to bring the Cosmo to DGRR. You can change my entry in the list to show my Cosmo. Also my screen name change.
I might bring my FD too..................
