I live in Wetumpka, so if you can get it going in Montgomery that would be perfect.

Coolant seal. I got it pretty hot ALOT when I first got the car before I did all the coolant mods to it. I figure that's when I hurt it becuse it doesn't get hot at all now.

How about this... Somchhir1 knows of a restaurant manager in Hoover.. We could meet up there, have lunch, and check out No Limit Industries new shop.

Let me know what you think of the idea.. If it sounds good, lets set a date when its good for most of us..

Bham is usually good mid way between Montgomery and Huntsville.

I think I'm good for a while except for next. weekend Jan. 17.

The SCCA banquet is the 24th, I don't know if Chris is going but I plan on it. So I'd be up for a meet during the daytime, just not dinnertime.

Hmm.. How about early meet at No limit (around 11AM) and do lunch at Applebee's in Hoover around 1 PM?? Would that work for those going to SCCA banquet?

Were the irons ok? Or have you even pulled it apart yet? Who's building it and what are you going to do port wise and such?

I'm hoping to pull it out this weekend. I have another engine already ported that Luis built I'm putting in it. My plan is to port the old one, which I'm going to have to learn how to do first, but hopefully(cross's fingers) I'll have plenty of time to learn before the new one goes.

Did you get the motor swapped?

We got it out but that's about it. I plan on cleaning alot of stuff and removing alot of stuff I just left on it because it was a pain to get to, and rebuilding the transmission so it'll be probably a month or so. I'm thinking the end of Feb. before it's done because I'm not going to get in a huge hurry.:icon_tup:

there is a domestic vs. import event coming up. I think in May. It will have a dyno shoot out at trussville then 1/4 racing at steele the following day. Should be some fun... If all goes well for me I will do both but from what I here 600rwhp wont be much from whats coming...

Better sign up for the dyno now if you think you may do it. It's almost full. I'll probably come watch and maybe run for fun at steele.

The offer to hang out at our shop is still open. We will be working the next few Saturdays developing a few G15 classified Evo X components...but you all are welcome to come on by.

I hate to commit until I have the fianl tune. I may just let them put me down for a back up. But I do plan to run at Steele. Hope to have the final tune done end of Feb.

Well looks like I'm out until at least after Valentines day. I have b'day partys and fun stuff like that the next few weekends.

What really makes it nice is getting my car together by the end of Feb is looking slim:icon_tdown:
