How about complete replacement front fenders slightly flared?

:beatdeadhorse5:

What about an aluminum oil pan similar to GZ that doesn't sit below the sub-frame? Who cares about extra oil capacity for a street driven car, I'd rather maintain the stock capacity without worrying about leaks.

sk8world 03-05-2008 12:28 PM

How about fly here and help Don get his car on the road>>>

mar3 03-05-2008 07:16 PM

How about a revised, condensed rat's nest that allows Webers or elbows to come over the middle so all that stays for emissions but you still run the good intake stuff?

I'm glad the  emoticon made it here...here's the Trinity.

I'd like to See a "special price" for Members on the Master Rebuild kits!..maybe Toss in a Rebuild DVD for First Timer rebuiders?.Of course the Special would only be if they Mention THIS forum!

Phoenix7 03-26-2008 06:54 PM

More rebuilt electronic switches.

I'd personally love a Step by step video on Haltech installs but I don't know how feasible that is.

HDP 03-27-2008 05:02 PM

Aluminum pop-up headlight covers for the FD.

blwnrtr93 03-28-2008 04:13 AM

^ +1 Great idea, Don.

SpooledupRacing 03-28-2008 08:00 AM

I have made one purchase from you.. For the Viton control o-rings and the thermal pellet mod kit..

Honestly the reason I dont do much more business is pricing..

I would like to see better prices.. I fell many of yoru prices are either a little higher or right at the competition.. and sometimes buying direct from mazda is the better way to go.. (they may be more but sometimes not much more).

another thing..

Shipping prices are to much.. I can buy from others shipped usps PRIORITY 2-3 day for less then your ground service.

just my .02

However one thing I cant complain about is customer service.. I have made one call and done my order over the net.. both times I was taken care of adequatly

Wow, what a concept! If these were sold at a fair price many many many would be purchased I'll bet.

jamespond24 03-30-2008 07:06 PM

I wanted to receive stuff I order the day I paid extra for shipping for it to arrive on Friday. My car is sitting on a jack with tranny and motor oil leaking to the floor.

Nopis1O 04-01-2008 03:12 PM

seems to me like there would be a big market for shorter geared trannys. like a aftermarket bolt up of the miata gears in the fc housing. mike me hard to mass produce but i would buy one. :)

WIN x 1billion

Max777 05-25-2008 04:13 AM

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE SHIPPING!

I tried to order a clutch hose and a throw out bearing for my FC, and the cheapest shipping is alone $22.something dollars!!!!!

With the bearing costing $30, and the clutch line $25, that makes my $55 in parts cost me roughly $80. It cost me less money to ship a wheel to someone! I dont want priority shipping, I dont care if it takes a week insead of 3 days, I want a cheaper shipping option if I prefer one!
It does NOT cost $20 to ship a tiny bearing and a small hose to Antarctica, yet alone ILLINOIS. Come on guys, VERY DISSAPOINTED with this.

...and I was looking forward to be your customer for a while too...

PS: Pinapple Racing's shipping, FROM OREGON, is perfect in comparison if that will motivate you any.

YEA, DEFINITELY!!

warwickben 08-15-2008 07:16 AM

iam going to go turbo this winter if atkins wants i would send them my mani and down pipe. to copy, make a jig. ect.
iam making it so it will bolt right in to my racing beat setup. if you dont want to use the mini muffler you could just make a 1 foot long pipe to replace that.

Atkins Dan 09-18-2008 03:47 PM

SpooledupRacing

If you call in and ask for USPS shipping than it will be done however if you dont say anything than we {Josh & I} go for UPS ground.
The same thing goes for the other shop I also run..

as for the rebuild kits I will post another thread and see what I can get started plus I will have a better idea on what kits you all will want from me so I can see about doing a GB..

Dan

HDP 09-18-2008 08:26 PM

What about some of the other suggestions? You asked for new ideas but don't give any feedback.

Atkins Dan 09-19-2008 10:54 AM

I am reviewing all the ideas given with Dave & Kathy.. So one thing @ a time please...
