Who's on the list?
 

Frank, any chance you could post a list of all the people who have requested a pod in chronological order to give everyone an idea of where they are at on the list? I know this is one more thing you would have to do, but it would hopefully reduce the amount of e-mails you would recieve on "where am I at on the list and when can I expect it?"

Just a thought.

Was on the list of the disapeared thread on the rx7club forum (can we quote this here?).
Don't remember my ranking but I'm definitely in for a:
- 3 gauges pod 52mm

There might be a couple issues with posting a list;

It's kind of a privacy thing for customers. I don't think it's ethical to post everyones name or email address. Forum ID's are one thing, but I have many other customers that all I know are names and email addy's.

I suppose that if you guys truly need to know, ask me in this thread and I'll PM you. But like I said in the now defunct thread at the "other" forum, if you've ever received an email confirmation from me, you are on the list.
If you've inquired correctly, with the part # desired, stating that you actually want one or want on the list and have never received a confirmation email, don't sweat it yet. I still have a folder of saved mail that I haven't got to yet.

It's also as charlies7 states; "I dont even want to see the list. I might cry".
I'm not going to lie to you, the list is long, but it's also the reason to get on the list ASAP.
My hope here is that now that I've got some help in the shop (I'm looking into adding another too) and that I've re-prioritized pods, is that given some time the waiting list will get handled.
It's not going to happen overnight, but it's in far better shape than it has been for the last year or better, that's for sure.

The best possible way to get on the list.
 

- Send me an email (flyrx7@aol) with the gauge pod part # in the subject heading.
- Include your name
- Include your forum ID
- Include an email address to contact you by (if different than the one you're sending from).

That's it. I'll add you to the list and will reply back confirming. Don't be scared if it takes a couple days.

The reason that it has to be email is that it lessens the confusion for me and that is also how my list is formatted, plus all payment and shipping information is handled via email.

You are #3 off the bubble. 3 people need to drop out for you to get yours in this batch.
I wouldn't be too discouraged though. Being that close to the top of the list means that your neighbors have been there for a very long time. Alot of times people's priorities have changed by now (blown motors, babies, hell freezing over, you know, normal stuff) and aren't interested anymore.

I haven't emailed anyone on the list to see if they are interested still. I usually don't do that (it's a time thing).

I still give you a 50/50 shot, maybe better.

It is still too early for me to nail down the future production runs after this one. Give me a few weeks to work on a schedule.

You're down the list a ways. 60mm pods will be coming in the next production run.

As I get closer, and as I start getting caught up, I'll start an update thread to let everyone know how progress is going. Until then, I have no due dates at this time.

Frank, I sent you an email a LONG time ago about these pods. I can look that email up for you as I figured I should keep it. It was probably 1-2-3 years ago. I honestly don't even remember.

I have you down as 7/02/07, not quite 3 years ago. This will likely be on the next 52mm pod run.

hello fran its me again bothering, just want to know if you have an aprox date of manufacturing on the 60mm tripods and if the producction will take care all the demands in the list or will be limited quantities.

The 60's will start as soon as I finish this run of 52's. While I don't really think I can get the entire list into (1) production run, I'm definetely going to increase the size of the production runs until I get caught up.
The next run will likely be 52's and 60's and will get a big chunk of the list taken care of.

Also wanted to let our friends across the pod know that these productions include RHD models as well, so don't feel forgotten.

Fly -- I have talked to you on a couple occasions on the "other forum" about the pods. I would like to know if you have added me to the list and where i would be at. The 60's are not part of the latest production run. There will be some in the next production run. As far as your location on the list, you are actually closer to the bottom.

I'm not exactly sure I follow. The only way to get on the list is by emailing me, which you did 5/16/08.

I think someone was making a list in that thread for someone that's trying to make a knock-off product, not sure if that's the one you're thinking of or not.
