well i did a little work on the car tonight. i removed some more of the interior and cleaned it out. i also messed around with the old emblems off my GSL.....

Well I got the motor all cleaned up from the oil pan and omp leaking all over it. Also changed out the spark plugs with better ones, replaced the oil filter, new oil cap and installed the omp block off plate. Still have multiple parts and gaskets coming in the mail and plenty of work to be done.

took the water pump housing apart to be sand blasted and painted

the original main pulley has a little stud where it mounts to ensure proper alignment for TDC. i'm going to not the new pulley so i can find TDC without installing the old pulley when i need to do so, however i will keep the old one around for such a thing!

also took the front bumper and fenders off so i can sand and paint the front end as well as the engine bay. working on labelling everything as this will be the 1st time i've taken everything out of the 7's engine bay. should be easy to remember where it all goes seeing how this is my 5th FB.

this little bastard.......... this is where the tee fitting is for the coolant under the oil mount. i couldn't yank it out so i cut it off now i'm trying to get it out of the motor so i can plug the whole up and install the motor. which IS happening tomorrow lol. i also have a new pitman arm and a full energy suspension kit with an aftermarket alt. tensioner to install as well :D

got an aftermarket alt. tensionor from Bonzie racing, but had to modify it to fit with the gilmer belt drive

Modified the oil cooler today to make it fit. Then started hacking up my $150 racing beat oil lines to make them fit as well. Also ordered a 3 row radiator today.

The original plan for the fuel lines changed a bit so I had to order some more fittings and modify some new parts.... Took about 20min and glued the stereo surround and the shifter surround together to trace out a templet. I'll be heading into the school in the morning to fabricate the new piece for the gauges and switch panel.

Need to remove the first set of clamps from the mounting plate a made as they did not work so well lol. These still need some cleaning up and welded into place, but I like how they turned out!

Thanks to Curtis I now have all brand new Mooge tie rods and adj. sleeves and one brand new sparco seat! I'm waiting on one tie rod end as he didn't have all them and looking for another seat..... Which I'm going to get another new one so they match lol. Great part is that I fit great in the seat lmao so I don't have to drop 100lbs hahaha. Hopefully I can start working on it soon as it's been pretty cold out.
