94 White FD Build
 

Im just now getting my FD back running correct after 2+ years. It has a ported 13B with Knight Sports twins. Blitz front mount and some other new goodies. Im working on getting the 99 front bumper with all that on right now. I got Feed CF side skirts and RE rear diffuser to go on also. Here are some pix from about 3 years ago, it should look a good bit different if it makes it to Deals Gap as planned. Ill take some shots tonight of how it looks now and add them. The 99 bumper is going into paint tomorrow so I may have that one by Deals and the FEED sides might be on also. That is to say if the car passes emissions on monday.

Well as of last night looks like the car wont be going to Deals after all, I was just trying to do too much all at once and with no time left its still not tuned and its running really rich through the whole power band. So its hesitating and backfiring and not wanting to accelerate. On top of this I cant seem to get the LC-1 working with the Datalogit to log AFR's. So rather than risk something catastrophic im gonna drive the STi to deals.

Well Ive got the car back on the road now and took it to Road Atlanta last weekend, she did pretty good on the track for the 6 or 7 laps we did. I need to clean her up real good and get some new shots of her.

Car looks great! I am still a huge fan of SSR Integrals!! I have GT1's as my track wheels. How was your water temp when you were on Road Atlanta? I'm curious what they were since you have the front mount.

Thanx for all the comments. I still need to get my Feed side skirts, RE-Amemiya rear diffuser and some other odds and ends installed.

My water temps where in the 85-90C range most of the time on the track, sittin in the damn paddock waiting to go out was when it was getting a bit hot for my taste 100-105C. I do also have a PWR radiator too. I really need to go into the PFC with the datalogit and change when the fans come on.

so what turned out to be the problem from when i was at your house? was it the secondaries stuck open?

Yea, what ended up being the issue?

I just saw the last couple of comments, yeah one of the secondaries was leaking past the o-ring. Put the stockers back in and bam runs like a champ. Now im just not getting any secondary boost. Time to check all the vacuum lines.
