DGRR 2008... a record year!!

I just tallied up the numbers and as of now we have well over 100 people signed up! And we still have another 45+ days to go!!

Also, Nantahala told me that less than 10 lodge/cabin/house are left... Which means, we have the place all to ourselves!! No more Porsche drunk drivers, frat boys, etc etc..

djmtsu 02-20-2008 12:49 PM

Hey now........I was a frat boy!!!

This year is going to be fantastic.

banzaitoyota 02-21-2008 07:41 PM

Do they have a lift and tow service though?

djmtsu 02-23-2008 05:01 PM

And Charles' REPU blew a coolant line and toasted the engine.

Although from the pics I've seen lately, you should tow the truck with the FC.

Lol

I think someone posted in one of the other forums that they were bringing a pretty stout truck for towing purposes if it was needed.

banzaitoyota 02-23-2008 08:50 PM

IF the new mystery acquisition goes thru as planned, I will be towing it up with the BEAST.

A butt ugly 92 Dodge Cummins Turbo-diesel from hell

BTW, Thanks to a bunch of great rotorheads, we changed the clutch in the deuce and I drove it home Sunday!

do i know about this mistery aquisition, or is it yet another sweet ass car that will sit behind you house forever?

djmtsu 02-24-2008 09:36 AM

I know Chad (fire85GSL-SE) is brining his Duramax and trailer.

You would rather they were in the junkyard?

djmtsu 02-24-2008 02:27 PM

This man is wise!!

In case anything major was to happen I live about 35 mins from the dragon and can help with anything needed. Towing or tools are just a 35 mins drive away.

They better hope it is a 3rd gen when I roll up:)

I'm having my girlfriend drive down in my 8 as backup if the GSL-SE leaves me stranded. If you see a gray GSL-SE on the side of the road - it's for sale :)

zonblitz 02-25-2008 04:12 PM

That's still scary... an 8 is the backup!

WE3RX7 02-26-2008 01:26 PM

Ha - I figured you'd think its scary that I let my GF drive it that far :)

She actually only has 1 mile commute to work each day, so I let her drive that one to keep the mileage down. It's an '04 w/ 33K on the clock... I think/HOPE it'll make the trip just fine... if not, I've got an REW I can swap into it :)
