gun range meet?
 

With the purchase of my new pistol today and the failure of todays meet i was thinking how about a meet at a gun range? I know alot of us own handguns and it would be freaking sweet to meet up and go shooting and then maybe grab some food. I know theirs an indoor range in murfreesboro but if enough people have rifles (i can get a .30-06 from my dad) an outdoor range could be chosen as well. Whatcha think?

I'm going next weekend to Chattanooga, and we will be doing plenty of shooting there :)

I'm game to show...I want to sight in my .308 sniper rifle but I have plenty of weapons to play with also. LMK.

vinnie...im game even if no one else shows up ill just grab my dads guns and have some fun...wheres a good spot to get this going. I would like more people to show up as it would be cool to have guns and rx7s together in the same day (its super manly haha)

I've got a new pistol I'm STILL yet to fire, I'm in as long as I have the time available, might even bring the wife... it's her pistol!:bowdown:

im down...how about this saturday at noon and then we can grab something to eat afterwards. I finally got ammo today after going to 4 places that were sold out....crazy

Lol, I am not shooting anywhere until the end of April when the ammo prices drop to the floor.

Oh, and Seth.... The Outpost at the exit after mine has pallets of ammo.

yeah thats what the guy at Dicks on medical said today as well as someone on tngunoweners.com he said they were selling em by the case but i just went to On Target and got a couple of boxes...wasnt too bad...50 round box for about $17

Ok so dj is out but i still wanna go cause i just got mine and wanna see how it fires, so im open to anytime but im suggesting noon on saturday let me know if that doesnt work for you....Jason? Zach? Vinnie? Paul?

I'm game for saturday....Hobson pike TWRA range sucks BC you can't draw out of holster (rule) so you just stand there and shoot still targets...HELLO targets are supposed to move like people, animals, and so on...but that is a good place to set your BZO's for long range fire. If you guys are up for the drive we can go to our private range in Centerville (I know Its in BFE) there is a long range, IDPA course, steel targets (PING-PING) and so on LMK I have the keys to the place.

lol the keys huh...hells yeah i want to go to that...the drives gonna suck but it sounds a mess better than the antioch range. I would want to get there at 12 (or earlier) because i have to work at 6 and dont wanna have to rush. Ill bring my new .45 my dads scoped .30-06 and if he will let me he has a .20gauge/.22 overunder thats pretty sweet.

Ok i hate freaking lists but i wanna see who is willing to make the trip...i can carry one person cause the only car i have now is my 85 but if somone has a big suv and is willing to drive maybe we can throw in gas money and just ride together...

I'm down for that but we'd have to make a day of it. I have a few that are still fun to shoot. I'm out for this weekend as I'll be in Chatt. with DJ shooting up the mountain

It would definately be a whole day BC its in BFE...like red clay dirt roads BFE no electricity, running water only GPS coordinates for accidents (that has never or will happen). Its up to you guys if you wanna do it this week but it would be nice to plan this out with more time with the family and all.

Im out for this saturday, I need to know at least a week in advance to be free from Advance Auto.
