Man you are doing some awesome work. Is that Alcantara? I would imagine it's real since you're putting so much into everything else. Why half-ass it, right? lol I want to do that to my rear plastics and dash too, and then do the gauge hood and center plastics in something similar to Spirit R.

This looks so good lol.

thanks :) yes it's alcantara pain in the ass to work with on some parts.
it was a good thing that i bought twice as much alcantara then i actually needed... because it failed a lott :p

VERY, VERY!, nice Sam. It looks like all the time and effort you put into this project has paid off. Now you can go enjoy it.

Thanks :) allmost allmost , still need to get on the Dyno first (reason why she is so high of the ground) and technical control (registration) then i can enjoy it :p

Wow. That sucks man! Did you just hurt it or has it been hurt for a while? Hopefully you'll be fixed though.

MaczPayne 07-02-2012 04:16 PM

Sorry to hear!!! What happened?!

Rx_sam 07-02-2012 04:20 PM

it's from an accident from when i was 16 (12 years ago) and they told me it was something that came with birth, natural cause. so the pain should have been something else. but tru the years i had a lott of pain and while working on the car i forced myself (1.5 years ago) while putting the tranny in and caused a prolapse in my lower back. i tried to strech it as long as possible so i could get the car on the road but i lost feeling in my legs twice so the surgery became an urgent thing to do.

MaczPayne 07-02-2012 10:56 PM

That's no good man!!! No car is worth paralysis! Wish you the best on your speedy recovery!

I know FDs break engines regularly, but this is the first time I've heard of them actually damaging the owner. Hope you heal up quick. :(

Rx_sam 07-03-2012 01:20 AM

I'm too fanatically and i always keep on going and didn't want any help from someone.
it was not such a good idea :)
