Yeah, I've seen that before, hommie earned that license plate of his. My trailer will be VERY similar, expect steel, and a regular sprung axle. 40lb tongue weight is too light. If he's worried about ease of moving it around.... learn how to back up a trailer or get a dolly  As I think the whole trailer will be a little light and want to bounce/wander at higher speeds, more tongue weight will go a way to control it. UGH..... Limerock on thursday and I haven't even started building my trailer... time FAIL

I think you should use a rear clip for an FC as a trailer. find an old convertable that has been wrecked build a tongue/rack for your race tires the trunk can be the toolbox and use the original fuel tank with a transfer pump and wiring for extra travel capacity

I've seen pics of an FB before but thought the vert would be better suited for it.
I looked at your thread for your vert WOW!!! when you say restoration you mean it most people clean, paint and rebuild everything but few actually cut off the panels and do the structure

2gslse 06-19-2011 07:59 AM

Why do you even bother going home? you should just take the dogs to work with you so you can feed them and then get some sleep on a boat instead of commuting each way

TitaniumTT 06-19-2011 09:02 AM

Well, between working 14hrs a day, being a full time student, building 2 customer cars atm, blown up air compressor, no gas in the welder not much has got done. I have managed to get the mock up main hoop for the cage setup. few other things here and there. my goal is to make it to DGRR next year

TitaniumTT 06-19-2011 06:03 PM

As long as it's here and not on the evil club, I won't feel compelled to send someone to terminate your 'vert ;)

TitaniumTT 06-21-2011 06:33 PM
