I'm not sure I'll want to after seeing what someone just spent for a BW and what the twind cost and HAVE cost me :smash:

its got to be the hardest fucking part of the whole process

i think im choosing good with the turbo i want, dave agrees 100% with what i want to do, and with the amount of pipe length i should have i should get full boost from 3-4k all the way up to redline and yet still be well within the turbos efficiency rate

The turbo might be, but I doubt the engine will be given the hotside that you are planning on using. Everythings a trade off though. Can't escape physics in this world. On that note, the twins are not very effiecient. I'm giving up a TON of engine effiecency to get the response that I want. I put money that my EMAP sensor goes into diag while we're on the dyno >15psi

I'll stab you in the eye and then mock you relentlessly for NEVER attending a true rotary meet.

Shit, that's still 50% more than a worked renni... I'd be happy with that ;)

I am in love with your car.

well as it sits right now from looking at the last dyno...my biggest restriction was the turbos... dave did a damn good job on my engine and its ready for a lot more power, if i really felt like pushing it i can honestly say that 500 shouldnt be much of a problem at all

its actually pretty sad...im running 850's all around on a stock pump only rewired, and i still had plenty of fuel to do more....my turbos just couldnt do it, or else they would have died a LOT faster then they did

btw the hot side im going for isnt all that big, and my manifold looks like its gonna flow very nicely so ill just have to see i guess

I hate you all so much right now. Just wait....

hades 04-20-2011 08:14 PM

I can see it now you show up at daves and tell him you are ready to run on the dyno and the jeep is sitting there you may as well get dark cloud Dave to strap his new truck on the rollers as well.

How is progress coming?

For what? You to figure out how to strap down 3 of your rotaries to the dyno at once to try to beat MC's or my dyno sheets? :smilielol5::cheers2:

Don't worry... I plan on hitting 500+ after I have a job :) And most of that coming from an awesome intake manifold design.
