That's before the paint job. I'm picking it up tomorrow from the body shop. The good thing about black cars is that they hide their imperfections on pictures.

Tried to go for a cruise today since it was nice but we ended up just going from spot to spot taking pics haha. Owners are:
black FD- me
GSL-SE- Chris
white FC- Tyler
black FC vert- Christi

Chris had found the old Mazda sign and told us about it, and it was even more awesome than I expected. It says "Motor City Mazda...test drive the new rotary engine". And the accompanying views were great too. We couldn't get any closer to the sign because the area was fenced off. The colorful building was in the same parking lot. The pics in front of the pawn shop was just because we were meeting christi there, nothing special about the pawn shop haha. And then the last pic was at Garden Of The Gods. I have 50 pics from today so this is just a sample.

And yes I still have to paint my fenders haha. I'm still thinking about just modifying the stock front fenders to be like the rears though.

Both of the cars look fantastic...

so the SA-60M have a straight bit right off the rim and then curves into the "spindle" area.

where it seems the SA-55M looks like the style of a RG-II but completely reworked... I like both a lot, but I think if I was buying a set, I would opt for the 60's, but that could be because the straight section of the rim seems to match the rest of the body modifcations that John has done that have a straight/solid line feel to them, instead of the usual curvy, like stock body FD's are....

You know what's funny in person you never notice it, at least I never did nor did the body shop. It's only when looking at the pictures I even knew it was there and of course now that I know it's there I can't stop looking at it. :rofl:

Nice choice in wheels! I had considered them myself. They look great and fit perfectly.

New-ish pics of mine. The last set of pics have spacers on the front wheels, the first pics don't. Mainly all these pics were to showcase the front fenders I had done so they would match the rear. I took some more pics tonight but haven't uploaded them to the computer yet.
