I know, I know.... don't remind me.... I feel that there are going to be some crazy ass nights/weekends ahead of me. If I wasn't redeyeing it back on Friday, this coming weekend would be a 36 hr event. In fact, we're going to be doing a 36 hr event today to try to get ahead of the curve on the 2 cars we have parts for.

Then I'm gonna go visit the mecca that is MoTeC hopefully tomorrow:hurray:

Well Brian, I may not see you after all. I might not have the money to make it to DGRR this year lol. I'm still going to try though.

Mar3 (oops, I mentioned his name again) doesn't have to do a search for his name, he apparently has minions (at least one anyway) on this forum to search for him. Maybe he is more powerful than I thought.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh, who am I kidding?

Ah... ya gotta go man, you know what it's all about. If you can afford the gas, there are enough good hearted rotary nuts that would be willing to put you up. It would be badass, that's for sure. I know you're busting ass getting her done in time, don't let a little thing like gas money get in the way

B, about your power windows; are you using your stock motors or did you swap them out for the spal motors as well as switches? I'm tempted to get some spal motors to replace Mazda's old/worn out ones. What do you think?

Oh I know, I was there in 06 and have been dying to go back. It's not the hotel stay that has me worried for money, it's strictly the gas money LOL.

And as for the snow...we had about 4" when I left work this morning at 0530 and it's completely melted and sunny now. So freaky lol.

It's still March, what do you want? Snow happens as late as May where we are.

I'm using Mazda regulators, a DEI control box, and the Spal switches. I don't really trust the aftermkt regulators.... I replace a PDL once a year.

Damn, must be getting damn warm during the day for that shit to happen. What are you looking at for gas? $600 each way?..... yeah... that is kinda expensive

hades 03-29-2011 06:18 PM

hurray less than a month away!!!

speedjunkie 03-29-2011 09:49 PM

It actually didn't feel that warm today, but not real cold either. And yeah, probably about $600 each way. I might have to start a fund so people can donate LOL.

 meh.... $1200 to drive for a few days to get to a road to drive it some more isn't that bad..... especially when it's put that way ;)

speedjunkie 03-30-2011 02:13 PM

Oh I'm definitely trying to make it either way, but we have plenty of curvy roads out here in the mountains too so it's not as much the driving but hanging with a bunch of other rotards that I'm looking forward to, and seeing old friends from NC.

Now, time for you to get back to work on your car, right? lol
