Every year since Sevenstock IV our club (Rotary Car Club of Arizona) has hosted the "Big List Happy Hour" prior to the Sevenstock Banquet. wouldn't pre-drinking mean something before drinking?!?!? but where shall the pre-SSXI drinking party be?

EDIT: i should read more before I post silly question...hotel bar 1-2 hours before banquet...

yes it normally does. Most people drink a little before drinking some more (mostly to avoid the price-gouging in bars/clubs). Since we're not going to have a cocktail party in a person's room (right?) then the pre-drinking will happen at the bar (meeting spot) before the banquet.

BTW, how do we attend said banquet? Pay for tix? walk up and pay? sneak in?

personally i was hoping to find a way to jump out of a rotor shape cake as it was being presented to the quest speakers... :)
