What kind of lobe orientation did yo use? 90's or 180's?
It kinda looks like 180's from the pictures.

Nice work man!

It kinda looks like 90's now that I'm looking at it again.

Haha, you can be my janitior, I won't fight you :)

Yes, It's 90's.
The ignition follows 1,3,2,4.

Where did you have to send the shaft too? Whats getting done to it now, plating?

Tegheim 03-02-2011 05:10 AM

I'm sending it to a engine-shop, that also machine some details to the Koeingssegg by the way.
And he will get it straight again. I have a warp on 0.2mm i the middle after all machining and heat treatment. And we want it below 0.04mm.
After he will send it back, and I will continue the prod.

This is an amazing build! I definitely like the custom eccentric shaft, do you intend to use 13b intermediate plates or 20b intermediate housings for the end rotors?

Awesome build!

Keep up the good work.

The plan is to use 13B-parts. But we are thinking a bit of doing own intermeditate plates... But thats only a dream this far.

WOW is all I can say. I would LOVE to do a 4 rotor in a '68 Charger.... Hell I would out a 4 rotor in ANYTHING for that matter. All this does is solidify the fact that I need to get some machinery and learn how to use it.
