Where do you guys want to do lunch? So many good places!

What about that Korean BBQ place we went to when we were there for Formula D, or a buffet or Chow Baby's or well i guess you guys should make some suggestions :), man i miss working in ATL cause I had access to all the great resturants!!

Herblenny 01-19-2011 01:09 PM

That place will work.. Just behind the restaurant there is a shopping mall parking.

Cho Won sounds good. If there ends up being a very large group, Sydney's might be a good choice no only b/c of parking but they have banquet rooms and what Phil mentioned earlier on wait times, etc.

Ian, are you all coming to ATL and joining the caravan, like last year?

I'm Ok with either..

Sydney's would be better in sense that they have more americanized asian food vs. Cho Won, which is all Korean. I think Cho Won is little bit cheaper.

I just need to know exact dates for when, where, and what we're doing/leaving and I will ask off for work and join this wonderful caravan. =)

ROTORX7Holly 01-23-2011 01:04 AM

You need to take off work 4 days, Thursday through Sunday, April 28th through May 1st.

Herblenny 02-01-2011 09:18 PM

Alright...

I'm going to post this on other forums and such...

Caravan from ATL to NVNC

People from AL, MS, LA, FL, and GA will meet up and go up as a HUGE caravan.. I'm guessing 50+???

Date: Thursday April 28th, 2011.

Time: 11AM to 2:30PM - Depart at 2:30 and I'll get some maps made just in case some people fall behind. We'll have 1 or 2 stops along the way so people could catch up and get gas or something..

Meeting place:
Sydney's Buffet - 2131 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA
Some people will eat here from 11 to 2PM :)

parking lot should hold 100+ cars around the shopping area..

Its next to the "Uniform Advantage".

daleclark 02-02-2011 09:45 AM

Sounds like a winner. I'll be there.

Dale
