Awesome! Hope Don comes down also.. Should be a good turn out! I think Leo is coming down with me or coming down later on... Seems like good rotary turn out!

I should be able to make it. didn't we just go to that event the other day :)

Well Don is coming over today to kick me in the to do the tranny-clutch... He is not 100% sure on coming but I am thinking it is a go for me. I need to check the website to see what time to be there. I am down for a caravan or a meet up in B-ham on the way down but I want to be there plenty early. Last year I didnt get in till late and had to rush to get the car of the trailer and ready...

Waiting on a phone call to bring my big azz kicking shoe...

Herblenny 05-15-2009 12:42 PM

Last year we all met up around 6-7AM in Pelham/Alabaster and roll in with some other imports.. I guess we could go ahead and arrange a time to meet?

I may go, especially if I get the free attendace thing for the 200+ miles traveled. Im thinking of taking the Rx2 depending on its status.

staticpat 05-15-2009 05:55 PM

I'll take the white car then :D

Herblenny 05-15-2009 09:55 PM

Did you get everything back together after I left?

sk8world 05-16-2009 03:33 PM

Yes.. Around 12:30am I finished. I took a 2-3 hour break to play with the kids. Started it today and it is quite! Have to drive it still. Thanks for coming over and helping.. I needed the motivation..

So track this Friday night then if all is well IFO. You driving yours down? You are welcome to ride with me in the truck...

sk8world 05-18-2009 01:15 PM

Yeah, its good to go. Plans to hit the track Friday night. You wanna go?

Caim 05-18-2009 01:25 PM

So, just curious because i dont know a lot of you, but i will be there. So what kinda times are you guys looking at in the quarter???

Herblenny 05-18-2009 02:07 PM

By this site, Mike should run mid 10s (by his 1/8th of mile run)

http://www.fl-thirdgen.org/quartermileconversion.html

By his HP and weight of the car, he should break into 9s.

By prediction if he has traction, I say he will trap close to 140 (high 130s) and closely into 9s (10.2).
