Sounds like you have a more serious issue, but I had the same problem. It turned out to be the clutch sensor. Use the PFC sensor screen and watch the signals coming in, if the clutch signal comes in as the pedal is depressed your sensor should be fine. The plastic rod on the end of mine had worn down, hopefully its not actually the engine!

-360 at 1000 rpms? That's about 14 inches.
Based on that your motor is fine. I don't think those compression #s are accurate. Why not bring the car over to IRP and have Ihor look over it for you? Would save lots of wasted time, as there are many variables here that could cause your problem. Also, when I was troubleshooting your issue at DGRR the motor was ok, but seemed to have low compression. It didn't have a chipped seal or anything of that nature. |
