Kevin, what do you use for pre-mix? I might have to start doing that:) I'm now having little bit of issues with my 8:(

You would think after 40 years of rotary engineering in cars, Mazda could get a decent premix system in these cars!

I hadn't started premixing the 8 (bought it used about a month ago)... but perhaps I should start. I premix all the other ones, its only fair!

That probably was me. I will have my 18ft flatbed trailer.
First time I took it to deals gap a few rotor heads liked hearing the turbo
coming from my hood puling the rex thru the gap. Now it is lifted, I will be a bit slower in the curves but the duramax runs hard for a big truck.

I too premix when I can remember to fill the bottle up. it does seem to help on all my rotaries.
And like Kevin said make sure it says "tc-3" on the bottle.

I used Pettit's Pro-Tek R in the FD for a while back when it was still stock ... maybe that's why the first motor went 124K miles before cracking an Apex seal ... i thought about trailering my car up there this year , but I REALLY want to road trip in the FD :driving: ... David , good to know you live so close to the Dragon , in case something goes wrong with the car  ... BTW , will each day be filled by events , or will there be any time to do anything AT the Village ??

NO...you must not touch anything, you must show up at the scheduled times, you must check in every 30 mins with an event supervisor, you must not talk to anyone, and lights out are at 9:30pm with a 6am wake up.

Actually I think Phil has some things lined up but I do believe there will be ample time to do some things on your own if you want. (if theres not the wife is going to beat me :beatdeadhorse5:)

I just didn't want to miss out on anything if I chose to do something else during one of the days ... I'm going up a day early too , so I can help Phil out ... maybe I can explore then :) ... I'm bringing my Sector 9 and Flowboard too

I hope so too... Hopefully coming up day early will help!

Also, I'm buying 10 large Pizzas and 3 pitchers of beer on Thursday night.. My treat!! (yes, there is a reason... I'm going to make your ass work at the event next day:)).

I'm upgrading some of the stuff on the car and will be testing it out at the Gap:) Oh, Exedy guys are also coming up day early So, some of you can have one on one conversation about clutches. They are super cool dudes!

I can't eat 10 pizzas but 3 pitchers of beer should be no problem!

That's what I did last year. Spent Thursday getting use to the new setup. Was different from what I had the year before and really helped.
