Unless I missed it, there was at least 1 Canadian specific model: the GX. It was above the base model, but below the GXL. I have owned two of these: an 86 and 87 na. They had power mirrors and power sunroof, but no leather seats.

The Anfini Models ∞

The actual spelling that Mazda PR uses is "Anfini" so that is what i prefer to use. Infini is an American derived termed term that the press used and has since stuck. Its sorta like how Mazda denotes the "Metering Oil Pump" or "MOP" but for some reason "Oil metering pump" is still a common term.

The Anfini I
300 units were released in August of 1986 priced at 2,788,000 Yen
Model was a 2 seater (other trims in Japan where 2+2)
Aluminum and Aero Kit were standard
Mom steering wheel and matching shift knob ' MOM' SW? LOL !! isn't it' MOMO'

Im not trying to get at anyone here just please correct it. thanks

I'd like to see proof of this?
All official material on the model from Mazda has always been "Infini".
TALK to anyone from Japan, and they will pronounce it AHN-FAH-NEE.
It sounds like someone just decided to translate the pronunciation to English spelling...

I believe the hp and torque number are wrong for the NA 89-91 vehicle. Should be 160hp and 145lbft I believe. I know its signifigantly more than the 86-88 NA.
