So should I post here since one of my cars still lives in tennessee? So if you see a blue gtu running around that one is mine or a black vert, that means I got to come back to town for a bit.

it's been a while since I have posted here.. but yeah I drive a alittle wild but not ALL the time only when in a hurry and that day I was late. I like turning there pretty fast. although if I remember the day correctly I was going faster than usual into the turn usually they don't squeal or not as bad.. I think you must catch me at the worst moments because I have never had a ticket or been pulled over. Only time I have been in trouble is when I was first learning stick and with bald tires fishtailed a little in front of a cop and didn't notice the cop soon once I got straighten out I sped off. And guess what I was being rushed then too.. Now that I think about it I think what happened is when I was making the turn i pushed the clutch down and then released it almost out of the turn.. Becuase I used to use the clutch when slowing down and doing other things that didn't require acceleration. I hate sounding like I have excuses for everything.. a lot of the time I don't think ahead and just do things..

I doubt you'll hurt my feelings on the speaker box.. it works for me and for what I need it for so I'm not going to get too upset over it. It's not loud but I'm not wanting it loud.

Oh well while I'm here I think I have already asked you this but would you have a relief solenoid availible?

HellBent 06-11-2008 01:50 PM

COME ON! 1800 bucks takes my red vert WITHOUT the bbs wheels.

FirstRotaryExp 06-11-2008 09:41 PM

know what sucks...boredom...know what sucks more, being sore from doing waaaaaaaay to much manual labor. The worst part is, too sore to go and get my cig. lighter working to get teh V1 up and running, and so bored that i want to do it...

FirstRotaryExp 06-11-2008 10:42 PM

yeah, though after reviewing V1's website I still need to order the windshield cups and the plate for those too, my recently departed grandfather, whom owned the V1 before me, always had it 3m taped to the dash of the peterbilt and probaby tossed the cups out somewhere down the road. But It does need installed asap, too hot out to not have AC and not be able to run with the windows down and do 80 back to the house.

And somehow my "bouncing idle" has returned, must be the gas I put in...or something else I need to look at. But a proper tank of gas and oil change are in mind next week when my first real paycheck from berkline is handed to me again. Back to the grindstone hauling around the furniture we all sit on.

Kevin, why does the local club suck? :wallbash:

My5ABaby 06-16-2008 12:47 PM

djmtsu 06-16-2008 01:35 PM

Don't get me wrong, some of the guys are cool. But, the group as a whole blows. Nobody gets along, plans shit, etc.
