Finally got back into fab work this weekend. It was a nice change from the wiring BS. The ABS bracket was interfering with my wiring harness bulkhead connector, so I had to redesign the mounting bracket. I forgot to grab pics of that. Brain when you swing by this week can you grab some snaps?

Also made some good progress on getting the fender wells sheet metaled. Passengers side is done with the exception of some hammer/dolly work, and driver's side is ~75% there.

I never understood why they left those gaping holes just to be covered with the fender liners instead of closing them off with aluminum or something.

It has always bothered me though. The FC had nice metal fender wells. Oh well, it's taken care of now.

Well, considering other areas that were skimped on in the name of weight reduction, that makes a lot of sense lol. Never thought of that.

Why didn't they just do a tube frame chassis?? lol
