RHD FD Spotted in ATL, GA

Does anyone know who owns the Black RHD FD in Atlanta, GA with the tag RHDRX7? I heard claims that it makes 1000HP+. Saw it yesterday and it's one nice FD.

Tried but my camera died as soon as I turned it on :( The garage was not well let enough for camera phone photos. It looked like a stock body RHD

I knew of a burnt orange colored one about 4 or 5 years ago, here in ATL. What part of Atlanta did you see this car?
