Well, dear friends, Tabasco (Also known as RE MX-5 or Remmy) lives. We drove it for the first time ever a few weeks ago within the yard and will get it back on a lift within days.

It's rumored to be heading to a special Spring gathering in 2014 :)

was it using the stock ecu or something aftermarket? We used the stock arrangement on my friend first gen, worked pretty well.

For now it's running a Racing Beat modded RX-8 PCM.

Was your friend's car a first gen RX-7?
