View Full Version : FS: 88 TII *lots of aftermarket* needs rebuild 2700 O.B.O

unfortunately this past weekend I was getting my car tuned and cracked an iron so i have decided to try and sell the car as a whole.. i have alot of money/time invested into this car but it's time to move on, and if you buy the car i will supply you with the irons you need to replace so you can put the motor back together. all the seals have about 5k miles on them and can be reused except for the coolant seals! all you would need to put this motor back together are the irons ( which i can supply), a set of new coolant seals, and a gasket kit. The housings and rotating assembly are in great shape!
The body is in great shape as well there is literally about 3-4 dings on the entire body, and no rust,paint is pretty decent, and has a clean title of course!
Mileage:
138k ( on the body)

Motor:
JDM S4 Block
Street port
Rotary Aviation 2mm 2pc Super seals
Atkins rotary Solid Corner seals
FD corner seal springs
Atkins rotary side seals
Rotary aviation oil control rings
OMP blocked off
all emissions removed

Transmission:
replaced with a used transmission ( not sure how many miles) has slight grind going into 5th gear, unless you double-clutch or shift into it slowly.
all other synchros are good.
ACT stage 3 6 puck clutch with heavy duty pressure plate ( ~ 5k miles on it)
stock TII Resurfaced flywheel done by NAPA's Machine shop ( about 3k miles)

Turbo/intercooler:
JDM S5 turbocharger and manifold
JDM ARC Top mount intercooler

Suspension:
Stock TII suspension

Ignition:
Magnecor 8mm wires
brand new NGK spark plugs

Cooling system:
Koyo Radiator ( almost brand new )
Ford Taurus electric fan ( keeps the motor at cool operating temps)

Engine management:
Haltech E6k Full standalone

Fuel:
Walboro 255 lph fuel pump
Stock 550cc primares
venom 800cc Secondaries

Misc:
AC Autotechnic Boost Gauge
HKS EVC I boost controller ( infact does have everything you need for it to work, but not installed)
HKS Turbo timer ( not installed)
lightweight dual alternator pulley
Optima Red top battery

Intake/Exhaust:
HKs style mushroom filter
full 3" turbo-back exhaust from RX-7store.net
stock BOV

Wheels/tires:
american racing (?) 16 inch wheels
Nitto 450 205/55/16 tires up front ( need to be replaced soon)
Kuhmo Ecsta (sp) 712's out back 225/50/16's ( have about 4k miles on them)





this car was very quick, stayed neck and neck with LS1 trans-am's and GTO's before it was even tuned at ~10-11 lbs of boost!
my loss is your gain!

take the entire car , and extra parts that are in it for $2700 OBO

i am open to trades, just shoot me an offer, i would like to have a decent running 1st gen, or something of equal value. just need something pretty reliable.
