I put this in the Tires/Wheels/Suspension section as well but I don't know how many of you guys and gal's venture over there so I wanna make sure I get as many eyes lookin' as posible. Anywho..

Looking to get some information on a set of wheels that I snagged off a parts car many moons back. I don't recall the year of the car they came off of or anything else about them, I've searched through a couple of wheel pic threads and come up with nothing. Looked all over the wheels and can't find a recognizable makers mark on them so hopefully someone around here has or has seen these particular wheels and can fill me in. Wanna get them restored and put on my 85 GSL to replace the 92's currently on her.

The wheels:

This is the only mark I've found on any of the four aside from the 'M' or 'MC' that's on the centers.

Thanks in advance for any information.[/

Those will look good once restored but i have no idea about them. I would pm Miata_MX5 since wheels are his hobby.

BTW what's your bolt pattern?

Thanks JC, I'll PM him tonight.

I haven't measured them myself but since we never picked up and -SE parts cars I'm gonna assume they're 4X110

Look like SSR's, but don't take my word for it.

These wheels are a little tough to identify. I am about 90 percent sure they are not SSRs (unless they were made by SSR for another company). They remind me of old Manaray Sport Mesh wheels or old Enkei style mesh wheels. I will look into it more.

JWL (the stamp) stands for Japan Light alloy Wheel standard.

Thanks, I'll do some searching for older SSR's and see what I can find.

Did a quick search for the Manaray's and so far this is all I've come across:

Havne't searched for Enkeis yet but I'll add them to the list. Thanks for your help.

Haha, I see it now. MC..

Haven't had much time to do anymore research but I'm fairly certain they are Souther Way's, just a matter of finding my exact set I believe.

Thanks to everyone for their help.

Try out Wheel Whores. Those looks to be splits and that's what that forum is all about. Primarily UK oriented but plenty of US guys on there as well.
