Got bored today after work and decided to freshen up my interior plastics on my 94. I've cleaned them once before really good and they still looked dirty....just age/use I guess. I just got done with the shifter panel, ac panel, and the gauge panel. Here are some before and after pics.

After(forgot to take a before pic)

^Not a very good shot. I'll get some day shots tomorrow.

I can tell a really big difference. The plastic doesn't look faded/dirty like it did a while ago. For this makeover I used Dupli-Color Trim Paint.

Once I get my door plastics squared away I'll wash em up and spray them down too. I also need to strip my ashtray as it's a 93 and the gel is coming off on it bad.

Comments, statements, and snide remarks welcome :p

Where'd you get that stuff?

O Riley's
I'm pretty sure you can get it at any auto parts store. My first mission was to wally world and they don't sell dupli-color products.
I've heard that a good match to the 94 "textured" plastics is the Dupli-Color Truck Bed Liner. I was out looking both the trim paint and the bed liner and NO ONE had the bed liner. My driver side plastics are broken BAD and missing pieces and all the replacements I'm looking at are all from 93s....so I'm going to need to texture finish it.

That bites. I'm in the process of changing my FB's interior to black since most of my plastics are faded and cracked.

I like the silver interior of the Chrysler Crossfire. http://www.seriouswheels.com/2005/2005-Chrysler-Crossfire-Roadster-Dashboard-1280x960.htm
I think I am going to paint mine this color if I can find it. :)

Looks good man!! Not sure if you are in Clarksville yet or not, but if you are, we'll all have to get together in a month or two. I'll be back shortly. If you are at Campbell, Bob has a shop on post. Justin(SilentNinja) has the black R1 with the 99spec rear wing that has like 40,000miles on it. Really nice car. It's prob. in the No Slack parking lot.

Yeah, I'm back in Campbell....I'm on leave in NC right now though. I met Justin right as I was leaving Campbell the other day :p . I went to the shop on post to meet Bob but he wasn't working that day. I've been to the auto shop to work on my car there a few times and I've had quite a few people ask about my FD. When you get back we'll all definitely have to get together sometime. Take it easy and stay safe!
